Publishing cell is a unit of CIIT Abbottabad administration to look over the campus information, publishing and printing activities.

Publishing Cell is a center for the following actvities;

1. Website management

Collect updated content from various departments of the campus and upload it on the website in a user-friendly way.

Make sure the news, notification for results/admission and advertisements are uploaded on the website.

Troubleshoot and improve the usability of the website, both in term of content and style to make sure it becomes an information source for the campus.

2. Quarterly campus Newsletter
With the team of departmental editors for collecting content and news from all the departments and printing and dissemination to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.

Coordinate all related activities of attracting sponsorship, gathering feedback and working for increasing the readership of the publication.

3. Campus printing and design coordination

Publishing Cell is a hub for all the designing and printing for the campus. For various events the AR (Publications) is supposed to coordinate with various departments for designing and printing of hoardings, banners, stationary and promotional items, certificates, event literature and anything else associated.

4. Advertising and media coordination

Design and printing of advertisement in the local newspapers on request from the Departments. Prepare event write-ups and press releases for local and national newspapers on request and for major events.
