Program Description
To meet the increasing demand for advanced business education from qualified applicants, CIIT Abbottabad initiated its “fast track” MBA program. The program differs from our conventional MBA program as it is of 1 ½ years duration and opens exclusively to students in possession of a four year bachelor degree in business administration. Master of Business Administration (1 ½ Years) program has been specially designed for enhancing the managerial and leadership skills of those business graduates who have already completed their 4-year BBA/BS(BA) program from an accredited university. Content-wise, the curriculum includes more advanced concepts than those which students were acquainted with in their undergraduate business programs and extensive use of case method teaching. Our MBA program will successfully prepare graduates for meeting the diverse professional challenges in all organizations where the application of business skills are required. Thus, the program focuses on practical decision making and policy formulation for establishing and managing the modern day businesses. The program comprises courses that inculcate critical thinking and practice based understanding of managerial processes.
