Professor Ashraf Jawaid, Deputy VC Bedfordshire Visits CIIT Abbottabad

The COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT) offers its students, currently studying in the fifth semester of BS (Business Administration), to transfer their course credit to the University of Bedfordshire , United Kingdom . This means that students will study for three years in CIIT and one year in the University of Bedfordshire , UK . These students will be awarded dual degrees, one from the University of Bedfordshire , UK and the other from CIIT.
In this context the Deputy VC of Bedfordshire University, Professor Ashraf Jawaid along with Mr. Ali Tawab Baloch, Project Manager, CIIT Islamabad visited the Abbottabad Campus for an orientation session for the students of BBA-5. A total of 45 students from BBA-5 attended the session scheduled at Language Lab on December 11, 2009 under the supervision of Syed Gohar Abbas (DOO-MS)
A total of 11 students of BBA submitted their application forms to transfer their credits to the University of Bedfordshire , UK . This will provide an opportunity to the students of CIIT Abbottabad to get their degree from Foreign University , together with international exposure.
