To explore the possibilities of effective industrial linkage/ Liaison in the field of Electronics/ Communication Research & Development, Industrial Liaison Group, Department of Electrical Engineering, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT), Abbottabad, arranged subject visit to the National Radio & Telecommunication (NRTC), Haripur, on May 27, 2011. Following faculty members were included in the visiting Team.

Visit started with the in-depth briefing by the Head R&D of the NRTC which was followed by comprehensive “Question Answer” session. Following areas of research/ collaboration were highlighted/ agreed upon for industrial Liaison/linkage exchange.

On conclusion of the visit, Dr. Shahid Khattak thanked the NRTC management for arranging such a comprehensive /informative visit. He expressed his sincere hope that CIIT Abbottabad campus & NRTC collaboration/ liaison in R&D will go a long way.
