COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT), Abbottabad is pleased to announce the holding of 44th Convocation on Monday, 23 April 2012 at 9:00 A.M for graduate students of Fall 2011 session at CIIT Abbottabad.
Graduating Students are requested to:

Fill in the attached Registraion Form and get their name registered with the registration desk in Student Affairs Office in administration block from 9:30A.M till 4:30 P.M till Wednesday, April 18, 2012. Out of station students can register by filling the attached form and send via courier / email the undersigned (form is uploaded on campus website). It should reach us before the last date of registration, i.e Thursday, April 19, 2012 till 12:00 P.M. Students failing to register their names by the specified dates will not be allowed to attend the convocation.

Obtain your gown against a cash deposit of Rs. 1000. The deposit would be refunded on the return of the gown in useable condition immediately after the convocation, at the venue, on the same day. The gowns would be available for collection from 10:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M from Friday, April 20, 2012 till rehearsal date at student affairs.

Get your invitation card as well as the card of two guests allowed will be available from Wednesday, April 18, 2012 to Friday, April 20, 2012.

The students that graduated in Fall 2011 session would be required to attend the rehearsal of the convocation on Sunday , April 22, 2012 at 09:00 A.M at COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Abbottabad campus. Participation in the rehearsal is mandatory. Failing to attend this rehearsal would result in your disqualification from attending the convocation.

The graduating students would be required to report for the convocation on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 08:00 A.M sharp at COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Abbottabad campus. After the attendance it would be mandatory for you to be in a line-up, failing which you would be considered absent and your name would be removed from the scroll.
